Where do you deliver?

Our current postage rates are for within the United Kingdom, however we are happy to post anywhere in the world – please get in touch with us to arrange out of country postage.

What are my shipping options?

You have the choice between Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48. This ensure your order will be promptly delivered to you, and you will be able to track it!

When will my order ship?

As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. However if you have ordered something that is customised or made-to-order then it can vary. The product page will say if there is a delay.


Where and how are they made?

Most of our items are made in-house at our current workshop in Shropshire. If an item has not been made in-house then the product page will let you know.

Where are the materials from?

We buy all of our supplies, include our signature 100% recycled sterling silver, from respected suppliers in the jewellery capital of the UK – good old Birmingham. 

Precious stones are hand picked from local small businesses and then repurposed into jewellery.

How is Rayelle different?

We say no to large quantities, no to cheap casting, and yes to handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces that were crafted purely for the sake of beauty, not fast fashion and a quick buck.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my jewellery?

You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewellery is in its original packaging and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

what is your exchange policy?

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us to arrange this.
